MUH women’s volleyball team lost to UC Clermont on Saturday Sept. 26.
The scores were 25-19, 25-19, 25-20. The Harriers were led by Maggie Philpot with 25 assists, 4 aces and 6 digs, Gwen Bohman with 3 kills, 8 digs, 2 aces and Sarah Pressler with 15 digs. The team ‘s overall record is 4-5 and ORCC record 1-2. The Harriers play away Weds. Sept. 30 at 7:00 vs. Clark State.

Monday Sept. 21 MUH volleyball beats Southern State in three.
Scores were 25-19, 27-25, 25-22. Leading the way for the Harriers were Maggie Philpot 36 assists, 8 digs and two aces, Gwen Bohman 18 kills, 11 digs and two aces , Montessa Lewis Williams with 10 kills and 5 digs and Ashley Butler with 13 kills.
The Harriers are 4-4 overall and 1-1 ORCC record.
They play at home on sat. Sept.26 @ 1:00pm vs. UC Clermont.

MUH(2-4) will play OU Chillicothe at 1pm Saturday Sept.19 at home.
The Miami University Hamilton women’s volleyball team lost in the semifinals of the Titan Invitational on Sunday, Sept. 13, at Ohio State Newark.
The Harriers went 2-1 to win their pool. They defeated Kent State Tuscarawas (forfeit) and OU-Chillicothe (21-25, 25-21, 15-13) and lost to OSU-Newark (17-25, 20-25).
Maggie Philpot (19 assists), Gwen Bohman (11 kills) and Sarah Pressler (9 digs) led the way against OU-Chillicothe. Philpot (7 assists) and Celeste Kinsey (3 digs, 2 kills and 3 aces) were the players vs. OSU-Newark.
In the semifinals, MU Hamilton lost to OU-Lancaster (17-25, 24-26). Philpot had 14 assists, Bohman totaled 10 digs and Ashley Butler had 5 digs and 4 kills.
The MUH volleyball team opened the season at Southern State Community college with a loss. Scores were 22-25, 25-22, 25-20 and 25-18. Gwen Bohman had 19 kills, Maggie Philpot had 30 assist and 4aces and Whitney Jo Lawson had 8 kills and 3 assist. The Lady Harriers play at OSU Newark on Sunday for the Titan Invitational. They begin league play at home on Wednesday September 16 @ 6:00p.m. vs. Miami Middletown Thunderhawks.
